SAL Update

We have a finish! It has not been made into its final project yet but all stitching is done! After 17 years, most with not a stitch done, it feels great to have the project finished!

I have bought all the fabric necessary for a project bag and this will become the pocket on the outside.

Make sure you check out everyone else’s projects!

I finished my January Quilt for All Seasons by Paula Vaughn on December 31st. Well, I finished the stitching. I am now working on the backstitching- a little each day. I know I could probably get it done in a day or two if I did nothing else, but I really don’t like doing backstitching! However, I do love what it does for the stitching so I will keep persevering on it.

Here is where I am:

There are mistakes galore, but I’m happy with how it turned out!

I have started a temperature tree and am doing some of the tree and a leaf a day.

I am actually on the lookout for a stitching project that could go in my kitchen. That will probably be my next project once I find it.

Make sure you check out everyone’s projects as there are some amazing ones!
