It always blows me away how fast three weeks can go!

I have been doing a lot of knitting but have gotten some sewing and stitching done. My mom was in town so I got my last little stitch project made into a bookmark and sent off for my friend’s birthday and two project bags made for another friend’s birthday.

Right now I am busy stitching on Hello Summer by It’s Sew Emma and trying to get it done before June 21st. Last night I actually sat down and counted up stitches as it seems to be taking forever when it looks so small. I found out there are about 2300 stitches in the project and I am done 692 of them so I have a ways to go. I just need some brighter days so I have the light to stitch on Navy fabric! It has been grey, rainy and cold here.

This is where I am so far- not very exciting so please check out everyone else’s projects!

  1. It is hard to believe that the little motif is almost 700 stitches. I totally understand it though. I have stitched on navy myself. Enjoy your stitching.

  2. The colours on this are lovely but that’s small indeed ! I hope you get a chance to stitch mroe of this, I hope the deadline isn’t too important or else I could easily picture you have to stitch with a surgeon’s headlight during the last few days. Haha
